31st Ave LLC, Nicholas Yasonia-Murphy, Elan, administration of 31-10 23rd Street, The Victoria rental building is unlawfully denying my safety deposit of $2500. All these WOn't answerphone calls and react to emails. All these state they might require a launch of responsibility type be completed before discolsing any info regarding safety deposit. All these WOn't provide a duplicate of the authorized rent in addition to didn't deposit safety deposit within an interest-bearing account. All these are performing illegally based on NY General Obligation Regulation.
