I've an FHA mortgage by having an impound account, which Pursuit is meant to manage. After I visited refinance the mortgage, they assured me and also the new bank they were spending the home taxes. After removing from my escrow account, spending the Region, after which consequently obtaining returned from the county through mistake - I got caught with $350 in overdue fines. Chase will not recognize their obligation and certainly will not spend the costs. Don't work with pursuit!
