No response to e-mails or vacation rental

I'm a person who settled an eternity account in 2003 or 2004. I've e mailed vacationweeks.com 3 times & haven't gotten an answer in the last three months. I do want to attempt to book my Noble Sun holiday rental in Cancun & do not actually understand when they remain or when there is anyhow to obtain my money-back! They've been useless the main one additional period I attempted to book my holiday rental in 2005.
