Lance Puig has stolen money from investors, contractors and others. Tenants are all together fed-up. It's noteworthy to say that York Street Homes is NOT a licensed property manager and cannot collect ren ts on behalf of properties they do not own. If they own anything it won't be for long - there are long lines of people waiting to collect from Lance Puig and ALL of his operating companies.
If your an investor - WATCH OUT! Many investors have been hurt and forced to file civil and criminal lawsuits but still lost their investments. If you're a potential tenant, LOOK ELSEWHERE - there are numerous cases of tenants losing their homes because mortgages were not paid...
