I buy into the remarks about Move-tenant being truly a con-artist. I'm an operator who got conned to their agreement with invisible expenses and costs that you don't notice at contract signing. And, they did exactly the same to my tenants.
The worst aspect is they do not handle the home, return your calls or emails after they possess the agreement. They disappear. They do not follow their very own guidelines, they function bankis hours, when they actually answer their telephone at-all
They have to be released of company.
