Mr. Stengren is a nice guy, but when it came to handling the sale of a dead relative's home, he couldn't sell it. He never showed it until my relatives, my family, and I complained about it not getting sold and asked him why. He wouldn't talk with one of the co-executors of my dead relative's will (he's required to talk to both co-executors). My relatives, my family, and I are considering firing him because of the poor job he's done as a realtor!
