I recently shifted from the Aylesbury Facilities condo complex after remaining there for 2.5 years. I've obtained a statement of $390 in order for them to address expenses to truly have the condo prepared for that next tenant. The separation they supplied is really as follows: Units & drawers deep-clean and color $75, rugs steam-clean $165, clear $75 and complete color $75. The agreement stipulates that they can cost me $75 for cleansing, that we am okay with. Additionally, they requested the rugs be steam-cleaned, that we didn't do.

There is nothing they required beyond looking after this regular deterioration that will warrant these costs. Consequently, the costs they've charged me seem extreme. I've noticed several grievances about that property management online. I believe they're dishonest and make the most of tenants who've no option but to pay for them or be known a group company. Consequently, I'd prefer to settle a proper complaint against them.
