Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Luv Homes of Dyersburg
Sold bad product at high cost

In 2007 my spouse and that I chose to buy a portable house, like a momentary dwelling condition while I had been in university and he was seeking to follow his profession in-law enforcement. Because of the amount of ad we selected to go to Luv Houses of Dyersburg. We were promoting our present house and had a maximum of thirty days to become transferred out. We were informed from the supervisor and also the salesforce this wouldn't be considered a difficulty and they might get us within our new house over time. After being "desolate" (coping with my in laws and spending storage costs for roughly two weeks) I approached Clayton Houses straight and was informed the regular period for that purchase of the home-like the main one we needed was 3 months. 24 hours later the store-manager named me and we were within our house 3 months after we shifted from the house we offered. After establishing the house and obtaining anything mounted the Luv Homes store-manager turned up at our house for an "examination" at the moment we were informed that to be able to finish the purchase we'd need to re sign the paperwork simply because they had created a mistake. At this time we were partly transferred in and actually caught without any additional option.

We're currently attempting to market this house. We've a-10% involved price on the portable house that people owe sixteen thousand bucks, more on than it's value. It's funded for two decades as well as in the two decades we've existed below we've just settled roughly six hundred bucks each year in primary and roughly three-thousand annually in attention. I'm as if we were faked because of our era. I also believe if we earned a-10% rate of interest having a 20-year mortgage on product that depreciates significantly; then we were actually NOT entitled to the purchase of the house. I also experience as if the resigning of the paperwork was something which was possibly prepared in ways to create us experience as if we were doing anything right after which making us to resign what we did not agree upon originally. My spouse has become a Patrol Officer for Blytheville Town. I'm employed by a dentist, and we've a little kid. I'll graduate from university in May and intend to attend RN college afterwards. We're caught with this particular house. We can not market it since we owe nearly twice of what it's value. I really hope that there's something which you certainly can do to assist us. We're truthful, hard-working people. We were and therefore are still-young however itis incredible exactly what a small training may do for the lifestyle. Please assist us when there is in any manner possible
