Harbor Funding Group / Bill Lange, was outlined like a favored companion for that creator/contractor, International Community Development, LLC/Leslie Young. Evidently, Harbor Backing Team didn't supply the dedicated financing to International Community Development, LLC so that as it ended up, it didn't occur. The required resources from Harbor Capital Team guaranteed back again to International Community Improvement in mid-March didn't occur aswell. Up to now, there has been no more communications about the return of investor funds. Has anybody had any achievement obtaining anymore info?
