In the beginning of january my daughter began to get a spot on her ceiling, above her window. And it was makin its way down her wall. So i called the leasing office to let then know whats going on. They said they would put in a work order and get on it. That time i had talked to Ms. Heath. Ok so a week later it still havent been fixed. So i called back up there to tell them no one still havent been to my apartment to fix her ceiling so she said i'll contact mantienance to see. That time i also spoke with Ms. Heath. So about a couple days to a week later no one still had came so i called back to the leasing office but i asked to speak to the manager. So i told her the situation and she had someone come to my apartment the next morning at 9 o'clock. They patched the inside but didnt do any work on the outside. So this morning (March 1st) my daughter woke up and said " mommy, there is water coming in my room." so i got up to look and yes is was in that same spot upove her window where her electrical outlet is and in another space. TWO drips coming from ONE spot means BIG hole. I really would like to have someone come out to fix that problem. So my daughter dont get sick. And i've talked to other tentants and some of them have had the same problem.
