Worst customer service ever. Do NOT waste your time with this awful company. Their website does not state what the flow rate is on their tub filler faucets. The one I ordered was too slow. I wanted to exchange it for a higher flow rate and they said they didn't know what the flow rates are on the other faucets? Are you kidding me? How do you not know? The flow rate is listed on faucets at Lowes.com and other competitors. So I have to ship it back and will get docked a 25% restocking fee. Never again.
