Purchased a White Mountain (Empire) VFSM-18 natural gas un-vented gas log burner unit from Hearthside Distributors on November 11th. From my first contact with Kevin, I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the product line. The transaction went very smoothly, shipping was very fast, the product arrived in great condition and is now working great in my fireplace. I will consider Hearthside Distributors first in any future purchases. Oh yes, and the price was the best I could locate also.
