Horrible. I ordered online a washer machine from ViveDecor. They said it would be delivered between 10-15 days.
After 15 days, I was concerned about my delivery. I paid over 1k and still had no details concrete details of where it was, so I called vive. I spoke to the receptionist who was completely unprofessional and SCREAMED at me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager.
After many calls, come to find out, the distributor had closed for 1 week and Vive failed to notify me of the change.
Worst part is that I paid for white glove service since I'm a single woman and would not be able to get the machine in myself. When the delivery finally came, the driver refused to deliver it inside! I ended up having to send it back and have it redelivered the next day and had to pay $100 to have two guys help me bring it in! Vive did not reimburse me.
Don't waste your $ on a horrible company!!
