Excellent. Kurt is well informed, does not push but is very thorough. We were very pleased with our appointment. He was pleasant, very approachable and very considerate of our needs and wishes. We are impressed with his can do attitude and honesty. He told us he wanted to be the representative who would take care of our home improvement and we signed on. Kurt explained everything, very patient and worked to get us a good deal and the best product for our home improvement project.
