Tranfe

I had been evicted from my condo on july 28th I've requested a tranfer since may since somebody smashed into my condo i visited part 8 to obtain a tranfer more then once since I had been evicted as well as concerning the break-in it's today march 9th plus they nevertheless haven't accomplished something about my tranfer I've all if mt files and so I want to understand what may be the reason-they haven't accomplished something and how to proceed about this
