In conjunction with the Los Angeles Couty Attorney, Michael Russel and Steve Lacascio as individuals and DBA The Michael Russel Group are under investigation by The Manhatten Beach Police Department.
It is alledged that these men and their company took $160,000.00 by FRAUD from a company in Omaha, Nebraska.
We have been advised that this is not the first investigation and that there may be other victims wanting to come forward.
