John Brower, Pals 2 Pets, Inc. Aka "P2P", the supposed non-profit collaborates with Shaun Walsh (aka Dennis Michael Hardin Walsh) to divert "donations" for personal use of Shaun Walsh (Dennis Michael Hardin) and John Brower. Brower is literally Walsh's proverbial "partner in crime". Just "follow the money", follow Walsh's bank accounts in California and Utah and Brower's bank accounts in California and his "REVOKED" corporation, Kairos Global, Inc.in Nevada. The money "laundered" by Brower and Walsh in the last few months has been cashed through Walsh's bank in Utah where Shaun Walsh has Utah ID as Dennis Michael Hardin Walsh.
Other people currently/last known Board of Directors and Corporate Officers (besides Walsh and Brower) to be involved in perpetrating the financial fraud of Pals 2 Pets donations going into Walsh's (and Brower's pockets, all unreported income) are Tiffany M. Calahan, Teryn Jones, Tom Wilson of Environments Plus, Feed the Minds, Inc., Frederick Fine, E.A., and Mary Disney. If you doubt this: "follow the money"; ask a governing agency to "follow the money for you". If you too ever donated, look at the back of your check.
Most important thing you can do is DO NOT DONATE TO P2P/PALS 2 PETS, no matter who endorses this fraudulent charity according to the Pals2Pets internet web site. I contend The Hollywood Community support and Professional Advisory Board support will act accordingly, the support list will dwindle as each checks out this fraudulent charity he/she has been endorsing as the Hollywood supporters are being notified by mail and email to check out P2P fraudulent status before each continues to be associated with P2P and the donation money diverting team of Walsh and Brower et al.
According to the California Department of Corporations, the Pals 2 Pets, Inc. Corporation is suspended. According to the Trademarks department, the Pals 2 Pets trademark formerly owned by Walsh/P2P, Inc. Is abandoned, and Pals 2 Pets is not registered with the State of California (since 2003) Charity Registry, 990's not filed with the IRS, the 990's filed by Feed the Minds, Inc. (Tom Wilson whose charity Feed the Minds is supposed to get 10%) do not include any donations or income related to P2P (all the donation money went into Walsh and Brower's pockets).
The IRS does not recognize P2P as a charity; P2P is supposedly waiting for the IRS to grant it charity status, but since 2004 according to what was on the P2P website; but reference to Frederick Fine, EA letter about this has been removed as questions were being asked, why has the IRS not granted charity status since 2004?
Answer: P2P is not a charity, but Walsh and Brower still soliciting donations and used/now using the now more than $200,000 for their personal use, unreported/un-taxed income all while exploiting defenseless animals, children, elderly, and you potentially to line their pockets; getting everyone else to donate their time and money; volunteers are exemplary and needed, but fraud under the unconscionable charity fraud being committed by Walsh and Brower, et. Al. Is abuse of those Hollywood Supporters, Professional Advisory Board Members, and volunteers who give of their time, money, and support.

In reiteration, donations to Pals2Pets are spent by Mr. Walsh for his personal use. Mr. Walsh solicits donations, using his health issues and the plight of helpless animals and vulnerable children to get children, their parents, you, to give him money by donating to his charity, unknown to you, purely for his personal use, or as I know he has done, as he sets you up to play you for money, he may even tell you he is dying (he has health issues, but, gets excellent free to him health care with State of California provided Medi-cal; or whatever State as he was in Utah too) needs money for rent, donate to his charity, telling you, it is tax deductible.
Mr. Walsh via Pals 2 Pets exploits children financially and by using children in advertising, the elderly, and you, the public. Governing agencies now know about Mr. Walsh and Pals 2 Pets and collaborators fraud charity, including Mr. Brower, using Kairos Global, Inc., Trollmates, etc. And others involved; the public needs to know.
Mr. Walsh proudly voiced: I worked under the table in the entertainment industry, never paying taxes, which is why I can only get SSI. Mr. Walsh supplements his government provided disability benefits with your charity donations; unreported income. I actually heard Mr. Walsh angrily state: Nobodys going to make money off Pals to Pets but me, if anyone is going to make money off of Pals 2 Pets, its me! Its my charity, Im the Founder. This must be true, because he sent an email, October 14 soliciting money, and writing:
I have investednearly $200,000 building Pals2Pets, Inc. A non-profit pubic benefit charitable organization. When I became seriously ill, I was forced to put Pals2Pets aside. I feel strongly to revive it now. The initial legal work to move forward has been filed, educators are committed and in place, and contacts have been made & but Pals2Pets has exhausted its financial reserves.
Mr. Walshs email itself is fraud based, other than his providing the info about (a minimum of) the $200,000.00 being in the pocket of Walsh (and Brower); Pals 2 Pets, Inc. Is not a non-profit public benefit charitable organization (the corporation is suspended, the trademark is abandoned and it is not recognized by the IRS nor is it registered in California with the Attorney General as a charity). If Mr. Walsh personally invested $200,000.00 then SSI, the government funded program that gives him monthly financial support and free health care will surely want to know where he got this $200,000.00. I was forced to put Pals2Pets aside. I feel strongly to revive it now.

Its my charity, Im the Founder. I personally know Mr. Walsh is depositing current donations (current being October to present) into his bank account in Murray, Utah.
Shaun Walsh uses multiple identities having ID issued in UTAH as Dennis Michael Hardin Walsh, his legal name and in California as Shaun Walsh and a SS# under Shaun Walsh.in this day and age of security, it is amazing to me how Mr. Walsh orchestrates the multiple identities he uses to perpetrate his frauds; Mr. Walsh really seems so secure no one will do anythingit is up to the governing agencies now and the public awareness to stop Mr. Walsh from, at a minimum, the financial exploitation of children (and others), the exploitation children by using children in P2P, Inc advertising (his pursuit of illicit financial gain), the funding Mr. Walshs greatest Hollywood creation, charity fraud - Pals 2 Pets, Inc., created, defunct, and still being operated by Mr. Walsh to be used for his un-reported personal financial gain all while accessing government provided benefits for the indigent.in addition to SSI and Medi-cal, Mr. Walsh self admits to securing public benefits from agencies which provides benefits for low income people.
