Shelly, bill or bob will rip you off. Lie, take your money, make up stuff so you wont get your money back

I rented a house from this company, I paid a 975.00 dollar deposit. I didn't get a dime back because they said I did damage to the house and I didn't clean it. It was a total lie. When I moved in the place had not been cleaned from the last family that lived there. So we had to wait 4 hours till the cleaning people showed up and cleaned before we could move in. Then they didn't even clean it. The stove was so gross that I had to soak the burners for 2 days for the junk to come off of it. When I moved in I told them my rent was going to be made on the 7 th because of the way that my paychecks fell. They said not to worry and they won't charge me late charges. Well they charged my late fees any ways. They never keeper there word in anything. They didn't come and spray for bugs when they said they would, never fixed the smoke detectors, never fixed the weather strip, and it took them almost 2 weeks to fix the breakers so that my kitchen and bathroom outlets would work. So when we finaly moved out we had to move early because I lost my job. I talked to Shelly and she said it was ok and they understood. So I scrubbed the house because she was being nice and letting me out of my lease early. And said I could get my deposit back. Well almost a month later I hadn't heard from them so I called to see if I could get my deposit back, the guy who works there Bill or Bob, is a Huge jerk. He said I put paint on the outside of the house, left everything a mess, had a dog there, broke the weather strip, and dug holes in the back yard, and he had to pay to have it all cleaned and fixed. It was all a huge lie. And it was kinda funny how all the so called ' damage' cost the same amount as what they owed me on my deposit. When I asked to see all the receipts he never sent them. I called again a week and a half later and he stop has not sent them and he keeps hanging up on me and won't answer my calls. They know they are wrong and can't prove that they spent that money on the so called cleaning fees and damage. This is a horrable place filled with nothing hut lies and will take your money and say that you owe them. Don't be fooled and don't rent OR buy from these dishonest people.
