Mark was contacted so that I could help my Grandparents receive benefits for assisted living. His information was found on the Elder Care Matters website. He claimed to be financial planner for seniors in need of claiming their benefits, but did not know the process.
Mr. Crews came and gave a consultation to my family. He collected all of my Grandparents information, SS, DL, marriage license, Veterans information, financials, etc. He then mentioned that his services costed $3,000 which included a $1000.00 deposit. We agreed to his costs and signed a contract, and wrote a check for the deposit. He called us back once and emailed us once claiming that he would be sending us more forms and information to fill out.
This all began at the end of June. I have been trying to get in contact with him ever since our last meeting.
