I've been onto Spread Peace Reno for almost a year. I'm not sure I can fit it all on here, but here I go. They were not a registered non-profit when they started in 2008. They expedited their paperwork in March. Spread peace Foundation was registered one week prior.
Chris Tinney has a huge audience within the online community and will say or do anything for more exposure. He did this to our homeless residents just to try and boost donations. He also used the so-called "church" money for his own personal use. He partnered up with the Northern Nevada Food Bank just to increase his exposure to the online community. Though, in the end, we found out he didn't pay that bill either.
When Pastor Ron (a co-founder and board member) exposed the mis-use of funds, he was instantly fired from the board. Chris Tinney tried to cover up and make excuses for the usage and offered a few bank statements.
