I am trying to sell my mobile home and everything I ever tried to do they would have turn me down.
They told me they would not honor a contract from Escrow Specialists with a promissory note and a contract plus an escrow account to cover any late things.
They have also turned down people that would have paid cash for the property and management told me that this is a single family establishment and we can't let you move in that is against our rules.
They have turned down at least 5 individuals, I am thinking it is a scam, so we will just get fed up and walk away from the situation.
