He has been banning the use of powered scooters, and even roller-blades and skateboards. What the hell is there do in this town anyway?
YOU CANNOT GO AROUND CHANGING LAWS without THE APPROVAL OF THE VILLAGE BOARD! Not you Cole. Your just the chief of police. Your job is to enforce the existing laws on the books. Not make them up as you go!

Do you want all the teens and kids of this town to have nothing to do except drink? When the children have nothing to do that's when they are "Plugging" cars off the road and vandalizing. Do You have something against the youth of Tupper Lake.
