We are a victim along with everyone else. We signed up with Father's Choice back in the beginning of August because my husband's mother of his child had violated the custody order and we needed to take her back to court before Christmas. Our case manager was Chris Ratliff (who is probably a victimized employee). We did not hear from Chris for 3 1/2 weeks. I finally called and spoke to Jean. She said that Chris was fired along with a few other "bad seeds" for work performance and our file sat on his desk for weeks. I asked her why no one called us after they discovered files were not completed and she had no answer for that. She said she would take a message and have someone call back. No one called (go figure) and I finally called and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to Craig (Manager) and told him that I was very upset with their company. He said he would get right on our file.
A few days later I received an email from Senesca Huzzie (I have a complete log with names, dates and phone numbers including emails that I have received and sent) asking for some information. I sent a response back and than never heard back from her. A few days later when we received the court documents in the mail. They were completely inaccurate. The same day we were served court documents from my husbands ex. Now my husband has the burdeon of proof against his ex's false accusations. I called and left several messages for Craig and finally spoke to Anthony Bernal. Anthony agreed with me that Father's Choice failed and that he would turn my refund request into their SWAT team. Over the past 6 weeks, I have called and left messages for Anthony Bernal, Craig, Matthew Azouz, Jamie Gallagher and Tom Hutchinson. I have spoken to Amber (Matthew's Assistant and my 2nd time talking with her) and she said that Jamie Gallagher was working on my refund. She also told me that Jamie Gallagher had tried calling me that day. I found out that they still had my old number even though I call everyday and send emails everyday with my current number. I than received an email from Jamie stating my refund was in the process. I have not heard from anyone since and I call 2 to 3 times a day, send emails and leave messages with customer service for all of the above named people. I have done this for documentational purposes so that when I file in court against this fraudulant company, the judge can see that I done my part in trying to obtain my refund.
I have worked in Law Enforcement for over 8 years. I did not want my husband to use this company but he believed in what they were saying. I am trying to gather all victims and ex employees to start a class action lawsuit against this company. I cannot post my email address on this posting per the rules.
ALL VICTIMS Please watch for another posting from me. I am contacting attorneys in the area to take our case. I can than direct you to their website once I obtain an attorney. I need everyone's cooperation on this to bring this company to justice. I want them to no longer defraud law obiding, hard working mothers and fathers that only want what is fair.
MR BRIAN AZOUZ... Do not post your reply that is the same reply that you have given everyone else. All I asked your company for was my reimbursment of 845.00 for the negligence and damage that your company has done to my husband's case. I have even just asked for a simple phone call and received nothing. We had to obtain an attorney (2500.00 retainer) to handle the case. I am now finding out that you have defrauded numerous people including employees. If you would have just refunded my money, than I would not have been forced to proceed further action. There are many of fathers and mothers out there that really need your help and instead you took their money and ran. These men and women have worked hard to scrounge up the 845.00 you charge them. Than when you do not provide the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" (your quote on your email and your website), your company will not reimburse them like they are promised. YOU are well aware of what your company is doing and you do nothing to stop it. You provide a false email and tell people to send their requests for reimbursement. YOU BETTER look up the California Penal Section code for FRAUD. It is a felony and you will go straight to PRISON. If you have prior convictions, than more charges can be added as an enhancements and you can serve an even longer sentence. I am also going to report you to the Better Business Bureau for investigation (you already have a rating of F), The FTC and the California General Attorney's Office (they have a file on your company as well). I am also sending a letter to the Florida County 12th Circuit Court to have your company removed from their referral list as per their request. I am also sending a copy of my documentation log that I have kept. This is where we were originally referred to your company. I will send a copy of that letter to all other courts within the State of Florida and California (were I previously resided and where your company is). I will continue sending my letter to all other courts within the 50 states. I want NO ONE to have to suffer from your fraudulant company.
Again, all of this because your company failed to reimburse a simple 845.00.
