When I went to the Greenville Clinic. For a follow up after acute cystitis and E.R. Visit. I should have been given a urine test but was offered a blood test. I told nurse Catherine Ward that I needed refills on medications She stated several statements that she could not give me my regular medication because that she did not believe the former doctors, specialists, social security doctors. That there was just statements that were in my chart. I also had previous treatments for fybromyalgia.
The Drs. Jacki Lane and Dr. Zoe Osment did read my charts and were trying to treat me. My fybromyalgia had increased and was acute and still is. The charpractor Dr. Brad Carrier had to break a frozen pelvic to spine fusion. So Dr. Osment had treated me with pain blocker and medication. I was signed up on a pain contract that was in my chart.
Pa Catherine Ward would not give me any pain medication and gave me a half strength pain blocker. She tried to double up my bloodpressure medication. Which was lowerd for my pain drives up my pressure and was lowered by Jacki Lane. I was prescribed 60 mg of Cymbalta and aWell Care my medicare primary said that the Community clinc prescribed said that Dr. Khan Kaneez. Did not send medical mumbo jumbo that they needed to prescribe. Dr. Osment had prescribed to lessen the need for pain blocker and pain medication and reduce weight that the old amitryptolene put on a frame with degenerated disc and degenerated bone fybromyagia arithritis ect.
My point is I do not being called a liar, calling mydoctors/specialists liars, social security liars. It concerns me that a inept dangerous person that should of read the patents history that was detailed in the chart. I asked if she was trying to invent the wheel was the nicest thing I could say to this woman. I do not believe that she was carrying out Dr. Khan's orders or not. It is the worst experience in my life.
She was the most unprofessional person, using no reserves or respect that specialists doctors and the social security systems. I have a list of involved agencies. I have suffered for years with disease, went through numerous surgeries Dr. John H. Peloza, back (2) Dr. Vic Ayers shoulder bled from every orifice as Dr. Lee, Dr. Kornu, Specialist Dr. Alan Brodsky, Dr. Robert Duell can attest to.
