I've been here 5 years, easily got over 3000 miles a week, and was home weekly. But now i have a new dm that gets me home every 2 or 3 weeks with less than 2k a week. This has been going on for several months and now that i want to speak to someone - there is no one here to help. Knight says that they have an open door policy and can speak to them when u need help. I am having trouble getting management to pick up the phone.
Their slogan is " we are here to ensure your success". I went from " great job" compliments to "who are u?". If u have a problem with a new dm, no one helps. Every dm i've had has been good to me. This new dm has specifically targeted me for harrasment from day one.
