The Villas At Norcross
Incompetent management, unacceptable living conditions, filthy

I have had nothing but problems since moving into my condo at The Villas At Norcross.
My back porch is literally rotting off, the water is turned off at least once every few months ("for repairs"), there is an abundance of litter and loitering, stray animals abound, and, most recently, my condo has FLOODED due to structural problems and NO ONE SEEMS WILLING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
I am exceptionally angry and feel like I was offered an "investment" and instead handed a "nightmare."
