The local Predatory Police force have found a way to increase the general fund of the city by pulling over everything that drives through town. Meanwhile drunks and tweekers roam the streets freely, there is no money for the city when you arrest them, it might also require real police skills in order to make a case. Lets not forget about the child molesting officer too, a thirty some year old having an affair with a 17 year old. Shouldn't he be a registered sex offender?
