Ripped off, false promises, no response, won't answer phone, won't e-mail back, took money Hephzibah, Georgia

My husband and I was ordained on the web through this church. Our daughter is getting married and wants her father to perform the ceremony. We called Pastor Dave and e-mailed him he told us 50.00 would get my husband his lic. And ordination papers for us to take to the city and be sworn in. He knows we are on a time crunch. Nothing has come. I have e-mailed him many times now that the check is cashed and he won't respond. I have called and the mail box is full everytime. Nothing has come in the mail. I now find out we are not the only ones this church has ripped off.
