Short girl in her teens posed as a disabled college student needing to sell magazines in order to pay for attendance at a college in Europe

On March 20, a small 4'10" girl in her late teens or early twenties, knocked on my door to ask for donations and/or magazine subscription purchases. I paid $43.00 for a magazine subscription for my niece who is due to have a baby and who lives in Texas. She still has not received any magazine, and it has been over two months.
