About 2 years ago, this new neigboors moved next door to me. It was fine at first, i met the kids, they had 3, oen nine and seven and a small child about 3, they used to come to play with my niece when ever we were out side. I though it was funy becouse i never met the parents, any way, the oldest kid started calling my house on the phone late at night, complainig that some one had hurt theyr dog, i dint knew who it was on the phone, it happened a couple times, i had noticed marks in the children, like the small 3 year old, he had a busted lip one morning that they came over, so after the 3th call at my house at 3 am, i decided to call 911, i dont know the police # its not listed on teh phone book any more, and when they came, the officer dint wanted to go to the neigboors, he kept sayin that teh 911 call came from my house, i guess i should also say that in the adresss cars with diferent lisscenssse plates used to drop over night and leave next morning, is aw almost all 48 states plates at one time or another, so i guess the officer though i was easy to deal with. He acted realy strange when i told him that he needed to go next door and check on those children, well, he backed his car there, and went to knock on the door, he came back where i was standing out side and told me that, even though the tv was on, and people were moving about not one came to the door, and he was to leave it like that, well about 3 days later i got a snail mail letter stating that i needed to clean my yard, i live in a industrial area, there is a juck yard next and across from me, so i was afraid of what else the police would do if i posted this on here or any where else, i decided to post it becouse i think is unfair that residents are by law to paid for 911 and the police, and we should not be afraid of them, also, if it dint work for me why i should be paying for it, i am still very afraid of this town, any help, is realy welcome at this point
