I have been contacted by James at MCM on an almost daily basis. When i have explained that i was in a customers office or a meeting. He would become quite defensive, arguementative and quite rude. Yesterday however he went a bit to far and twice used profane language and what easily could be percieved as threatening language. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, sent a cease and disist letter and am considering filing suit in my local district court. I had him on my speaker phone and happened to have my digital voice recorder on.
