This woman is dirty - she had garbage piled up in front of her door and all in her house. The smell got so bad it started rising up to my apartment; Also - Due to large amounts of garbage I had a battle keeping roaches out of my apartment. This woman does not communicate well with others I have had severl problems with this woman and have tried talking to her about them. Such as the garbage over flowing outside her door and bringing oders into my home. My child has asthma and has had an increase in asthna attacks due to the foul smell! She even used racial slurs toward my children and even cursed at them for playing in the driveway! Since we sit on the same lot of land we are supposed to share the property. However she yelled at my children for being "on her side of the lawn".
This woman has even picked fights with her own family for trying to help her and for them trying to help her she called the police. Once day i was watching a movie with my kids and the police knocked on my door only to tell me that Mrs. Gardner had called cause the t.V. Was too loud! Instead of her coming up to tell me or sending her grandson up to tell me she called the police! The mail man even told me and my children that he has had problems with this woman!!
