I was in love with a wonderful man [or so I thought he was wonderful], who I saw, through paperwork, was an ordained minister. I was with him from Sept. 5th 2003 to May. On Mother's Day, without any warning, he jumped me and pounded my body. Since I am phyically disabled, he did more damage to me. I called the police and he went to jail. The next morning, the police told me that my boy friend had done this to many women before me... One being his 1st wife. When I e-mailed World Christianship Ministries they e-mailed me back, telling me that I MUST PROVIDE THEM PROOF of this boy friend's police record. Today, Aug. 28, I called them and ask them about a person's record and I ask them if they did back ground checks, on people BEFORE handing out these papers to become ordained. They told me NO. That it was a honor thing and that anyone, anytime, at all, can get these papers. ANYONE! No back ground check and they never will do back ground checks! Of course, these legal ordain papers are legal for marriage and baptism and buring people! World Christianship Ministries are making large amounts of money, also, on these papers, so why should they care who they pass them out to... Just so World Christianship Ministries gets paid! SO BEWARE, PEOPLE... You never know who that minister is who marries you and your lover or buries your family members... He just may be a wife beater, child beater, theif or even a rapest!
