State of georgia began this mess with false accusations;second case gal was determined to break off all ties between mother and child even though there was no justification. Child placed in mentally and emotionally abusive foster home. Brainwashed into rejecting his own race and family.
Put in another home and all contact with mother... Who was constantly blamed for all she did not do... Eg foster mother let him sleep on dirty sheets for six months and then mother blamed for giving them to him??? Child only had a small string of contact with lawyer's secretary, none with mother who loves and he loves dearly, and they cut that off.
Child now in residental treatment for all they have done and still no contact, although even his counselor and current foster parents are begging the court to let him have contact with his mother.
Mother is cleared of all. Paid herself for polygraph and second psy eval which refuted first psy evaluation. Child locked into bedroom at night with alarm on door. Pacing floor, child freaked out. Wouldn't you. This person a dear friend of mine and so so sad and the whole reason... First go to fighting cps.com and then check out adoption subsidies. Result of bills passed by bill clinton.
All a meat market money making scheme. Children offered at child fairs and on the internet. So they can make money. This is the good old usa. So sad so sad... Look at those websites. Many many children taken from loving homes for flimsy no good reasons so that they can meet their quota and get their money which is compounded each year like bank interest... They try to get them out of foster care and adopted... More money made on kids with special problems.
Meanwhile they are destoryed emotionally like this one by uncaring, unfeeling bureaucrats who attempt to line their pockets and live daily on lies, accusations, and the motto that they are taking care of and protecting the children. Look what they have done to this one. It came about the child deteriorated to this state by no contact with mother. Not by contact with mother as they tried to scapegoat her. Even blamed her when he made rude remark at school. Said they had had a visit two weeks earlier.
God bless all of you whose families and children suffer this way. Local naacp has file a mile thick on this dfcs, including falsifying drug reports on parents whose children were taken while a babysitter watched them. No search warrant, dfcs went into home and searched all. Yes there is much world-wide suffering, but this happens right under our noses.
Press and public kept from this as the juvenile system does not want this made public, but happens all over the us... A guardian ad litem protects a child... Who ends up hearbroken and mentally broken in a mental insitute due to her attempt to make mother non-existent. This mother has fought like crazy to get this kid home. Keep the good thoughts up for her. She and he are dear friends and the government of this county has wasted this family, your tax dollars, and government dollars for making money off a child stealing market.
