Social services took grandchildren from their grandparents

My grandbabies were doing so well with the other grandparents, and DSS took them based on a lie. Their mother was the one who had the little girl tell a lie about them. Even DSS did not believe it. They still took them from the other grandparents, where they belong. Please help. This is hurting more than helping. DSS is wrong for this.
