The client support consultant who responded the telephone advised that, on the basis of the info open to her, they'd them. She subsequently educated me that she was moving me towards the Supervisor. I had been used in 3 distinct people and invested an overall total of 20 units on-hold throughout the exchanges. Lastly a guy called Lance who recognized herself whilst the Supervisor responded and advised me the product wasn't within the shop. After I asked why I had been being supplied unclear info, Lance was petulant, lifted his speech and hung-up on me. I'm shocked in the horrible support and trouble this caused me.
