Absence of customer service

An organization. Our charge card was billed within 48-hours, but 5 months later the writer had no-contact from their store, which was a restoration. Telephones calls went unreturned. A fax was overlooked. I did so get a handful of emails which cited an insurance policy having said that I ought to get my regular journal in 2 to four weeks (to get a new membership). It was after 5 months. Prevent.
