Not receiving subscription and cookbook

On 3/24 I shipped a check to include 3 years to my membership, that was to not end until December I've not obtained the brand new supplement to my subscription and didn't get the ALL-TIME FAVORITES VOL. 2 COOKBOOK I had been guaranteed when restoring my membership. Heres wishing to listen to from you about that issue.
