I placed my order on 12/21/07 for a magazine subscription as a christmas gift for my brother in law. I have called and emailed several times over the last three months with no response. My credit card company cannot refund my money because I did not submit the claim within 60 days of the charge (BS). I just filed a claim with the better business bureau today after almost 7 months of being patient. I really hope they take these people down. I can't believe how badly this website is scamming people, I wish I read these reviews prior to placing my order!!
