Requested journal on 12/13/07 and charge card was billed immediately that evening. Purchase was never delivered to writer and publications never obtained. Delivered mail request to customer support twice in April; nevertheless, no reaction. Telephone # to-order publications isn't any longer operating, or may be the telephone # suggested about the charge card statement with costs. Exactly what a tear!!
