Complaint / review text:
I was aprouched by a salesperson from the san jose mercury newspaper, he was selling subscriptions.
I accepted and the delivery was to begin on Sunday, Octuber 12,2014.
That Sunday came and went and I did not received the paper. Today, Sunday, Octuber 19,2014, I did not received the newspaper either.
I called and I was assured that I was going to receive the paper within minutes.
Two hours later - no papoer, so I called again, and I was reassured that a supervisor was "personally" going to deliver the newpaper - three hous later I called again and again, I was going to receive the paper.
It is the end of the day and I never received the paper. However, I see the paper on my neighbors doors.
At this point and time, I just want to cancel the subscription and my credit card information to be returned to me.
