Duped into Switching Plans

I have been happy w/T-Mobile up til now. Recently we qualified to go from FlexPay to paying when the bill was received in the mail. We went to the T-Mobile store at the mall to make this change. While there, we added internet to our other line and the agent kept bringing up that if we switched from Unlimited minutes to 1500 or 1000 it would save us money. I did not want that change. We only wanted to switch from Flexpay and add internet to one line. Well the bill came in and was $221!! It was not for two months, but one month! Went BACK down to the store and was told we changed it to the 1000 minutes plan when we did not, was told that I KNEW the plan minutes were expired (no texts were sent to my phone) and had a difficult time explaining that I wanted it changed back to unlimited! I paid the amount it should have been, leaving the remainder outstanding. I plan to cancel my service and use my company discount with AT&T!
