Didnt receive my phone - Metro PCS Unlimited Wireless Service

I order two phones online. When I got my shipment here today which is the 3/22 I only received one phone in the shipment, when i specifically order two phone. On the shipping paper that was inside the box it has two phones listed on the paper. But only one came inside the box. So I called the number and the agent told me I have to email the sales department or something like that and wait for them to email me back and they don't know when they will email me back to get my other phone i ordered. So I talked to the supervisor she said the same thing, so then I talked to the manager and he said he has to email them and wait for them to send it to me. Im just angry because I have to do all of this work just to get a phone and none of the agents or supervisors or manager cant handle the problem the all have to email the sale department they should be able to talk to them on a phone. So now i have to wait two days just to get my phone why should I have to wait two days I should be getting a overnight phone sent to me now. I would like for you guys to have them have a phone number for the sales department or the order online department so customer can speak with them instead of having to email them and wait for them to email us back because that can takes days, because who knows when there going to email us back. I just want my phone sent to me overnight not in two days I don't want a refund just my phone.
