They are double charging us on our statement and say we haven't pay our bill when in its show up in our checking account that we did pay it. Rgen when you call they put you ob hold for 45 min hoping we hang up, then when we don't they yell at us saying we just need to pay our bill and that's that then hang up on us. Thats not right and I don't like be treated lije that and I know there are a lot of others that have the same problems. Please do something. Thank you
