Dear Sir:
I could not find the Galaxy Note III on the selection list in your system to file my complaint, so I have chosen any phone from the list.
My name is Tarek Sharaf and I have a serious complaint. It is a long story. At Thursday October 3rd, a new Samsung store opened in my city (Oraby street, Port Said, Egypt). I went to the store because I knew that Samsung will launch the new Galaxy Note III phone at the same day (model number on Samsung Egypt web page is SM-N900 with code # SM-N9000ZKEEGY). I met with the sales manager (his name is Maged and his phone number is 201025554886) and asked him about the phone. He tried to MISLEAD me (I repeat, MISLEAD me) that the phone has a LEATHER material battery cover. I told him that I watched the Samsung keynote about that phone and it never says such a thing. He INSISTED that the phone has leather back (not a plastic finish to mimic the leather feeling). I told him again that the phone has a plastic battery cover with a faux-leather and faux-stitches, and they are all plastic! I even asked him to uncover the phone back cover to see it by himself! And he did, then said that the back cover is covered with leather! And then comes the issue! He told me with a bad way that IF the phone battery cover is plastic material he will give me the phone for FREE and he will pay it from his own pocket! Also, he asked me to check the phone specs on gsmarena.com and if it agrees with what I said, he will give me a FREE phone. At this moment he was leaving the store and told one of the sales men there (his name is Ali), if this guy (means me) proved that the back is a plastic material and not leather, give him a free phone! I got from the gsmarena.com web page that the back is plastic with faux-leather and faux-stitches, and so the sales man (Ali) called him and asked him to come beck to the store to give me the free phone. When he came back and saw the specs online he said that it is for another version!!! And asked me to meet him a day after and he will BURN the back of the phone in front of me to prove that it is a leather not plastic and if he was right I will have to pay the price of two phones (almost LE 13000) in cash without even having those phones (just pay the money and leave)!!! And if he was wrong he will give me TWO free phones instead of one phone!!! I said ok then he left and I then checked the Egyptian web page of Samsung, and found that the phone back battery cover is a mimic of leather to look like leather to give a nice shape and good grip. So I went back to the store and demanded my TWO FREE GALAXY NOTE III PHONES. I couldn%u2019t find him so I got his phone number from the store manager (his name is Tamer) and called him and that was another surprise to me! He starts yelling at me and said so much bad words to the point I could not continue the call and I ended it up. Now if you please, I want my two FREE galaxy note III phone.
