Well I bought a phone with metro pcs put insurance on the phone like I do any other time now that my phone actually broke and dont want to turn on I called Metro pcs and they are telling me that I never put insurance on my phone I now of 3 other people that they did this to so now I am switching back to my old company. There is no reason why I should have to buy another phone I am not the one controlling what they are doing on there computers this is SAD.
