Ordered sample of day/night serum for 4.95 shipping - they sent regular size, charged me 99.00 and said I didn't call back within 14 days to cancel and will not refund my money. I never ordered the full size, only the sample pack but the customer rep just kept reading from his book that I didn't call within 14 days to cancel.
