Jo Mar, Shelley Holland, Bernee Wright, Tom Wetzler are all guilty of stealing from owners via vendor kick backs and dues they collect for services not rendered. We now pay $250.00 per month & Jomar had the gaul to raise their rates for no services to any owner and no property management which is their business.
They have blacklisted owners and use selective violations which they use with a senile old president, Miller, who fixes every single election so he cannot be voted off the board. JoMar is in his pocket and steals right along w/him and a crook named Duffy who now uses our $ for their own & American Greed has set in heavily. They shut down our one amenity a pool so no one can use it. They pay themselves monthly out of our dues to live in a militaristic environment only we are not allowed to display the American flag! They are running scared and spending our money as fast as they can b/c they know the County Attorney is being notified and lawyers hired. They never produce a newsletter and visciously abuse the owners in public so they won't attend meetings and they can pass any new cc&rs without them and the fraud is condoned by JOMAR who is a party to it.
