My grandmother received a letter in the mail stating that she had won $2,536, 092.23 and all she had to do was send in $20 for a transfer fee and the money would be deposited into a bank account that had already been set up in her name. I love how there are no names or contact information to reach this agency and the signature is just some scribble that you can't read.instead of a typed version of the person's name being below the signature, it just says Director, Winner Notification. I feel so bad for anyone who actually sent money in to these people. With as many complaints that are here, the government needs to do something about this.
