I have recieved numerous "TargetWinner.com" texts at all times of the day and night (1AM, 3AM, etc). Extremely frustrating. Have registered with "do not call" list numerous times, still get these worthless time-wasting frustrating texts! Call "Do Not Call" 1-888-382-1222 and enter complaint against the number that called you!
